Simplicity Personal Training are based in Mascot and are a preferred studio for residents living in Rosebery,  Botany, Eastlakes, Alexandria, Zetland, Pagewood, Banksmeadow, Beaconsfield and Erksineville. Some of our clients even travel from out of the area just to have have access to our qualified and friendly personal trainers. Our group classes are offered complimentary to all our personal training members. The X-Training Class involves a mix of strength and cardio. Our Boxing Class adds a dynamic workout to your routine, and the Power Hour Class on Saturdays is a favorite for a high-energy session to kickstart your weekend.

The session typically lasts about 45 minutes, during which you can expect: A One-on-One Discussion: We'll talk about your fitness goals, health history, and any specific challenges or concerns you might have. Studio Tour: You'll get a tour of our studio, so you can see where you'll be training and get comfortable with the environment. Program Overview: We'll give you an overview of the various programs we offer and suggest options that suit your needs and lifestyle. Assessment of Needs: Our focus will be on understanding exactly what you're looking for in a fitness program, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, improving overall health, etc. Q&A: This is your opportunity to ask us any questions about our services, methods, and what you can expect from working with us. Next Steps: If you decide to start with us, we'll discuss the next steps, including program selection, scheduling, and any other details to get you started on your fitness journey.
  • How can I find the right personal trainer for me?
    We have a diverse team of personal trainers with different qualifications and experience. During your consultation session we will match you to the right personal trainer that suits you and your needs. We also have relationship managers that oversee your training experience and are always personalising your training approach.
  • What's involved in a typical personal training session?
    Generally speaking, a personal training session will involve a check-in to see how you are progressing towards your goals as well as personalised advice to help you remain committed and motivated towards achieving your goals. Programming is on an individual basis and will include a series of exercises including resistance training
  • How do you design a training approach that's suitable for me?
    In your first session we will focus on doing a holistic assessment of your current movement patterns, nutrition habits and other general health indicators. We will also get to know you and the style of training you prefer. From this, we will design a program that helps you achieve your health and fitness goals.
